Mixers 109 ClITADEL 1981 SPORTS The Winningest Active Coach in College Basketball Dick Baldwin is the winningest active basketball coach of them all — four-year and two-year. He has never had a losing season in 34 years, and his teams have never lost more than four games in succession. His overall record is 773 wins and 226 losses. Perhaps the most unique of the many statistics in Coach Baldwin’s long and illustrious career is the fact that he has never missed a single one of his team’s 999 games — even when he had a 105 degree-fever. gb All this has been accomplished by what could at best be called low-keyed recruiting. BCC has no dorms, no free rides, and no easy pickings in the classrooms. Player-students must stay eligible scholastically, and some are lost to poor grades each year. Coach Baldwin, the class of ‘‘81”’ salutes you! 113 Women's Basketball 114 115 116 Tennis Front Row: Back Row: Maureen Abrams, Laurie Arbes, Maria Savas, Ken Sanford Sue Gennarelli, Vicki Tomsons, Linda Schule : : .
