Languages Bring Countries Closer The Foreign Language Department enhances our understanding of foreign lands. The foreign language instructors teach students interesting customs of other lands which they do not get from geography classes. These teachers keep students better informed of other countries. The Home Ec. teaches girls the tricks of sewing and cooking. The Industrial Arts instructors teach both boys and girls how to use their hands in practical application. Reading classes increase the students ability to gain more from their reading. The lessons learned here will be useful throughout life.
