Because of the critical conditions created by the war, THE BUZZER is being pre- sented to you after a long and hard strug- gle. Even though we knew the difficulties that would arise, we were determined to send this volume which we shall prize more dearly as time goes on. With this burning desire and the encouragement of a few, we have produced this book, which will go out to many and show them what can be done if one only believes in this quotation: “Tf at first you don’t succeed, Try, try again.”
