A CONCEITED POET'S CONSOLATION A famous poet I will be. I think my verses good, But other folks just don't agree Although they really should. A famous poet I will be. As yet I've not succeeded, But there next lines consoleth me When consolationls needed. The greatest men are oft unsungg Their deeds are left untold. Thrust out your chin-begin again, The world is yours to hold. The birds in the trees singing songs loud and long Is a picture I see on a pretty spring morn.
