We the classmates of the Freshmen want to congratulate them for their assured success in the future. The Sophomores were ahead in all activities. Mahelle Herdendorl. uniors The sixteen memhers of the junior Class are active in all sports and school activif ties. Five girls of the class are on the haskethall squad, lweing Stella Hladik, Marietta Stauder, june Rath, Marita Ferner, and Mahelle Herdendorf. The hoys on the squad are joseph Gasce, Erwin Krause, and VValter Petrime. This year's cheerleader is a Junior, Andrew Sechkar. Four of the Juniors were in the School Play, Erwin Krause, june Rath, Ruth Smith, and Andrew Sechkar. They have Mary Dolaclci, Ruth Smith, and Leota Ricci in the orchestra. So you see that everyone in the class is active in some way or other. The successful card party given hy the juniors, Feh. 17, at St. james lvlission, was to help raise money for the Seniorfjunior Banquet to he given April I3 in Cleveland. The three junior Class parties were well attended and the Juniors were fortunate in not having other classes crash their parties. They have heen suc' cesslul in all their undertakings, especially their class parties. Many of them are talented in athletics, especially haskethall. Two of them are lettermen, Mike Scasny on the hoys teamg Kathryn Root on the girls team. Some of them expect to he on the teams next year. They are also talented in musical and dramatic lines. Two of them Kathryn Root and james Smith, were in the High School Play. All of the girls are in the Glec Cluh and were in the chorus of the opcretta. The girls are doing successfully in Home Economics under the direction of Mix Frishie. The hoys are making useful things in Manual Training under the direction ol Mr. McConihe.
