emember the time hen... We all have memories of Tech that will remain with us long after these pages turn yellow with age. There are those memories that will cause us to chuckle and some that will make us get that choked-up feeling in our throats. There are those that will receive a sigh and find us wishing for the good old daysw and still more that will make us wonder how we ever surmounted a particular obstacle. Remember . . . Mr. Pabst's assembly greeting of, 6'Good morning, gentlemenn and his responding to the over vociferous roar that followed with 'call right, boysi' . . . the man-hours spent filling out Delaney Cards . . . the enormous button that adorned your chest as a Freshman that told every man on the street that you were a Technite, and every Senior that you were a Freshman . . . that wonderful feeling of watching Tech thrash 'almost all athletic competition week after week . . . Mr. Parker,s Breakfast Club . . . that glance at the Williamsburg Savings Bank clock to find the hands approaching 8:46 . . . the record-breaking one-minute mile that followed . . . that first unsuspecting whiff of hydrogen sulfide in the Chem lab . . . beating out the tune of '4Anvil Chor- usn in the forge shop . . . how hard we tried to make an impres- sion at our 'first Tech dance . . . the terror that gripped us before we looked at our report card . . . the terror that gripped us after we had looked . . . the hours of homework that were crammed into a fifteen minute prefect period . . . the 'cgentlew jostling received in the morning subway rush hour . . . lVlr. lVlilde,s, HGood morning, men . . . the orchestra and chorus' Christmas Concert . . . that ape-man feeling after finally climbing the ropes in Gym . . . the rush for the Senior Pins when they were distributed . . . being considered civilized enough, when a Senior, to enter the building through the center entrance . . . the elevator line that was cut off just as you were about to enter . . . the simple and inspiring memorial services held for Dr. Colston . . . the pride of being able to say that you were a Techman.
