Another QLQIEAQ, another year finished another class sent Eorth. Time pauses-June 1947! Brooklyn Tech pauses and looks backward to take stock. It has come to a silver anniversary -the first twenty-five of its biography, which is a history of our times. For during those twenty-five years, fifty classes have been sent forth into an ever changing world of peace, of war,-of the atom bomb. Soon we will sport our carnations and receive our diplomas. 'We, too, have had a history. Commencement is our last chapter in Brooklyn Tech. And so we look back at our history-and think back, too, of the class which blazed our trail twenty-five years ago. To them, of hfty classes ago, we dedicate this book. To us they have made history, not only in Tech, but for our nation.
