1 Early in 1920 Dr. Albert I.. Colston and several teachers at Manual T ' ' . raining High School began an experiment in edueationg one that became so Huddgn popular, a new teehnieal high school became Snngw C' 1 necessary. After requisitioning P5200,000 worth of teehnieal equipment for the course, Dr. Colston and the BVN . 4. H . . oaicl ol I,ClllL.iUOI'l realized that there was not enough floor space in M anual to house the ma- chinery. A new location would have to be found. In an old factory building, which XV'lS taken o . .. . vel in january 1922, the equipment lor the new high school began to arrive. Slowly.
