G UIDANCE is one of the few depart- ments that accompany every student from his first footsteps to his last at Brookline High School. The help and under- standing that the members of the Guidance De- partment give to the student is an essential part of his progress in the high school. In dedi- cating this Murivian to the Guidance Depart- ment, we are, in a sense, dedicating it to the entire faculty, for the assistance the Guidance Department gives the student throughout his few years here is so representative of the will- ingness to help, the true spirit of teaching, that every teacher in the high school offers the stu- dent. To express our appreciation we dedicate the Murivian of 1965 to the Guidance Depart- ment of Brookline High School. 2
