A HFTER The BELL Rl E5 Here at B.C., everyone is different in some ways. Students have a variety of interests and hobbies that range from sewing to flying airplanes! Because of this B.C. has a very large and active club program. Through different clubs, students meet new people, who share common interests and goals. Some organizations, such as the Honor Society, Mu Alpha Theta, and Student Council are honor groups - rewards for special contribu- tions, and demonstrations of leadership. Organizations the clubs carried out special projects in which the entire student body took part, or was informed about. Many also worked with the community to help people outside of the school. Clubs help round out the Educational System and help prepare students for life after graduation. It takes up a lot of time, but by becoming involved in extra- curricular activities students gain knowledge, ex- perience, and guidance. But ask any club member --' the best part about them is that you have fun! Sk A BIOLOGY CLUB FIRST ROW: Mark Wooten, Mike Gardner, Scotty Mill, Stephanie Bogue, Angie Nettles, Bruce Banks.
