Leading the crowds in chants and cheers, the class of 76 exhibited more pride and spirit than any other group. They made the games more fun to attend, especially, with the introduce yourself cheers. Everyone had to be on guard when they started burning peo- ple! tOnly a person from B.C. would understand that!! But I did go just to see some of my senior friends make their farewell appearence. AI first it was boring until the valedictorian made her speech. You know, I don't cry easily but something hit me when she was talking. It was kind of a happy-sad feeling ... mostly sad. When I went home that night, all I could think of was that soon it would be me walking across that stage. But afterwards I forgot about it or at least until now. The valedictorian is making the speech ... this place is full of people. I'm getting that same feeling all over again. Like I said, I don't cry much - usuallv. I iust saw one of my junior friends.
