Perhaps one of the most exciting and busiest weeks of the year at B.C. was the week before Christmas Holidays. Almost everyone was involved in the activities connected with Christmas, proving that the spirit and joy of the season is still alive. Two special attractions were the chorus and band concerts. The student council worked extra hard, providing a post office in which coun- cil members delivered Christmas cards to the student body. The council also sent cards to the faculty members. Another project was the door decorating and package wrapping contests. Also, they provided the school with a Christmas tree and manger scene. But their biggest and perhaps most important project was the party for the children at Babcock Center. Each homeroom bought a present for a child at the center. The children loved it, and the council felt as if they had really accomplished something worthwhile when it was over. The Key Club hired Santa Claus for the week and stationed him in the canteen, where a photog- rapher was on hand to make pictures of him and his kiddies , All in all, the week was one to remember and many Bearcats will look back on this week and smile. :iffy Bray, sometimes referred to as Santa , packs a little extra weight to help i im out! This is quite an honor, but it is also a lot of work. Even though the students are excused from a week of school, they are kept busy pre- paring diplomas and helping the seniors of '75 make way for their departure. Each Commencement Marshall gained something from the experience, and was proud to be a part of it all. Band 9,10.
