The junior Class was a great class of which to be a part this year! They had several fun projects during the year, some of which helped raise money for the prom. Their first project was the homecoming float. Even though they only came in third, they still had a great time doing it! The juniors also sponsored a male beauty contest during February. That was fun for everyone! They planned a car wash for the spring, also, to help raise funds. Looks like next year's Seniors are really looking ahead and getting it all together! NWI 091581 We were out there, in the middle of the road in 90oheat, for the sake of our beloved school, when this lady rides up and asks if we were having a car wash! There we sat, paint brushes in our hands, paint all over our bod and gigantic stencils in front of us, and she asks if we're having a car wash! Yeesh! Then there was the little comment about why were we painting Clemson paws maroon instead of orange! Double yeesh! Finally, someone realized what'we were doing painting Bearcat paws down Indigo Ave.! This was a project of the Student Council, and was carried out one day in August. And what a day that was! We got a big scare when john disappeared! We thought he had been squashed! But it turned out that the wet paint sign had fallen on top of him! Oh yeah, and then there was the time the cops came by! But despite these and other little happenings, we finally got the paws painted. Everyone thought they looked great! Everyone except the strangers in the night who tried to destroy our paws! But alas, they were apprehended and unmasked were some Airport birds! We showed them that we've got paw power ! I Vxx W W A isis Sli!
