Administration Behind our smooth running school you will find an efficient school board and superintendent. These people give their time and energy that we may have 'the best well-rounded education. Our high school was chosen this year for a two year project for Superior and Talented Students spon- sored by the North Central Association. Special class- es in chemistry and English IV were scheduled. The graduation requirement in science was changed to read: one year of biology, physics, or chemistry. Expansion was the theme of this yeai-'s work. The addition to Hillcrest School became a reality and land was purchased in the southeast part of the city. Plans are being made for a new senior high school, and newly constructed schools in Yankton and IMinnesota were visited. Schooldistrict reorganization now confronts the Board and meetings have been held in the various districts discussing the problems which arise. The Board gave its approval with commendations of student dress regulations as presented by the Stu- dent Councils. Superintendent School Board L. D.
