The meetings. which were held the first Tuesday of each month. were arranged in such a manner as to include both educational meetings and meet- ings for fun. The officers for the year were: Elizabeth Fuller, presi- dent: Gene Cheever, vice president: Helen Durkee, secre- tary-treasurer. Advisers are Miss Ruth Helland and Mrs. Kathleen Nagle. Elizabeth Fuller, President Quill and Scroll is an in- ternational honorary society for those interested in jour- nalism. Members are chosen for an outstanding contribu- tion to the Bobcat or Bro- boca. Carol Gilkerson earned a superior rating for her dra- matic readings at the divisional declamation contest at Madison, December 5, qualifying her for the state contest, in which she won an excellent rating.
