AMERICAN FIELD SERVICE ll Fritz Mielke Luke Neaiey Randy Race Brookfield East is proud to have outstanding students such as Luke Nealy, Randy Race and Fritz Mielke in its ranks. This year Luke traveled to Thailand to gain knowledge of Asian customs and the Thai language. Randy Race journeyed to Austria to continue his studies, while Fritz Mielke went to South Africa. CHARM AND MODELING In our own fashion club, Charm 81 Modeling, members are given a chance to model as well as learn about grooming and how to develop self-confidence. This is done through guest speakers and two fashion shows. One worthy club member is given a scholarship to John Robert Powers Modeling School.

Well, maybe not one pizza, but proceeds from the A.F.S. pizza sale do go to sen- ding a Brookfield student overseas. Not only do A.F.S. members raise funds, but they work to make guest A.F.S. students feel welcome as a member of the whole community.
