Born in Milw. and attended Juneau High School. DFtIVER'S EDUCATION As accident rates rise in Wisconsin, more and more emphasis is put on educating the driver thoroughly before he gets on the road. Certainly the blame for the rising accident rate doesn't lie on the shoulders of the fine Driver's Education Department in schools around the country.
