- Dowse, Jacobsen rein in the rain = The rain from the clouds wasn’t the only rain that fell on Homecoming evening. Mark Dowse and Julie Jacobsen were crowned homecoming king and queen. Randy Griebei and Wendy Province were chosen Homecoming Prince and Princess respectively. Other activites for the week included the annual hall decoration competition. The freshmen were included in the hall decoration contest for the second time. The sophomore class was once again victorious. They chose “Rambo’s Rampage” as their theme. Other actitivies occuring during Homecoming Week were a red day, a dress-up day and a NERD day.
