MR American Education One of the greatest needs of the public schools today is to have their story told to the American people. Education is dynamic; its story is everchanging. Your 1971 annual serves a very important function in telling the story of our school to the patrons of the community. Many people will look at and enjoy your annual. They will better understand our school and its function in the community. I would like to congratulate the annual staff on its production of this excellent annual. The administration and the faculty wish to express our appreciation for all the time and effort put forth by the annual staff. Your labors will long be appreciated. Sincerely, 5 WADE SAYS: 9

MR MILLER SAYS: Building a Life The task of building a life is the biggest and most important assignment you have on earth. If you do your task well, you will find it the most satisfying and rewarding thing. The building of your life began when you were born and will end when you die. Your home, school, church and community have given you a great deal of help and will continue to help you. The greatest responsibility from now on, however, is yours. The four main cornerstones you will need in your building are: Character, Health, Personality and Knowledge. You will need other building stones, too. Spiritual stones, useful and satisfying recreation, love of God and fellow man, and worship, if you arc to build the kind of life with which you will be happy and satisfied. Your home, school, church and community are expecting you to build this kind of life. Congratulations and best wishes to each of you now and in the years ahead. Sincerely, 8
