The 1967 Annual Staff dedicates this book to Diane Vannice, a former student of BBHS, whom we shall always remember. Many of us on the staff became acquainted with Diane last year when she was Editor of the ’66 Warrior. We all learned to respect and admire her for her many abilities. She was capable in all she did and achieved much. Always an honor student dedicated to her work, Diane was graduated in 1966 as Valedictorian of her class. Diane set a wonderful example for all of us to follow. We shall always The Warrior Staff cherish her in our memories. : JvSf . They proved to be the 'grooviest' class ever to hit ole' BBHSI After five years of bugging the folks , we went bopping off to Kiddigarter, toting our shaggy rugs. Here we had our intro to the first of thirteen unlucky Babysitters , and to hot lunch . We suffered a lotri In First Grade came the Greatest Show on Earth (??), our Circus. We tried a loti Second through Fifth Grade, well,... We learned a lot! I Sixth Grade came and we were the Big Cheezes . We enjoyed sampling tortillas, cod liver oil, grasshoppers, tamales, and other Mexican food. We had a fairy type Science Fair and □ - danced a whole bunch. We suffered a lot! I Seventh grade came and it was North versus South . Rumbles were frequent, clique - clique! We worked a lot! Time passed we did most of us, and we entered Senior High as little green Freshmen . Mr. Korte, alias Gator the Navigator, rowed us through our first year. We flubbed a lot!! As Soph's our year was just 'run of the mill’. We pulled off a victory in the Homecoming Display with our multiplying rabbits. We suffered through Biology and dissecting (dissection). We fainted a lot! Our Junior Year was just the greatest! We made money, money, money under Mr. Sweenie. The Junior Play, County Government Day, College Day, Career Day, and the most Hep Prom kept things movin'. We played a lot! r Our last year as Seniors reminded us of many past blasts! We were faced with the decision of whether to sink or swim in the future. As Commencement exercises came we once again cried a lot, tried a lot, learned a lot, suffered a lot, worked a lot, flubbed a lot, fainted a lot, played a lot, and now we miss it a lot! r Senior Achievements Honors CLASS MOTTO: The higher you climb, the broader the view. The car washes will be held at Jim’s Sinclair and Jack's Texaco, both beginning at 8 a.m. and running until 6 p.m. The price is a very reasonable $1. 50 which includes cleaning out the inside of the car. If anyone would be interested in having their car washed and cannot deliver it, a qualified driver will pick the car up and return it. Just call either Jack's or Jim's on the day of the wash.
