I 'J cf, The events recorded here are important to you, the students, they repre- sent the accomplishments you have made. You are the product of our community and school and our most important asset. Citizenship in a democracy in these times is a great privilege and a great responsibility. The preservation of these privileges will be the concern of all of you. We feel the students in the junior and senior high school have entered in- to their work with a realization that the kind of work they do may affect their community and nation. Your Board of Education has worked hard endeavoring to provide better opportunities, and it is hoped other facilities will be added before the begin- ning of next school year. Sincerely, Rector Johnson
