Cur Principals James L. Hysong, A.B., M.Ed., Supervising Principal Muskingum Collegeg University of Pittsburgh Mr. james L. Hysong, always a leader in our school and community, was instrumental in the success of the past school term. His enthusiasm and willingness to help those who needed his guidance aided him greatly in his endeavor to keep our educational program on a high plane. Even though a student may have become discouraged or doubtful at times, Mr. Hysong was always there with a knowing smile and an encouraging word. Thus his friendly nature along with his line admin- istrative ability truly made Mr. Hysong an inspiration to the entire school population. Herbert Steele, B.S., M.Ed., High School Principal Clarion State Teachers Collegeg Pennsylvania State College Mr. Steele, in his quiet-spoken manner, has contrib- uted much to the efficient operation of our school pro- gram. This is his first year as our high-school principal, but upon viewing the way in which Mr. Steele carries out his responsibilities, one realizes how competent and thorough he is in all his work. His school spirit and his cheerful smile have been an inspiration to many a down-hearted student. He is respected and admired by all for his generosity and understanding, and he will always be one of the most outstanding reflections in our pool of memories. 9
