Shaffer, Principal of Brockway- Snyder High School, was, as usual, very active in fulfilling the many tasks that demanded his attention throughout the year. Besides his duties as principal, Mr. Shaffer also conducted the activity fund program, di- rected boys' attendance, and taught classes in chemistry and physics. The Producers of our drama, the joint school board, as elected representatives of the people, is made up of capable, responsible citizens. Because the Brockway-Snyder schools have always had capable and efficient school direc- tors, our schools have been progressive and in line with the best thoughts and practice of edu- cation. Through their diligence our schools fizcomm, 'Wfzoducrfzf' have multiplied and diversified the courses, thereby expanding the curricula and extra- curricular activities until today we have the democratic training we need to prepare us for a successful life. These men and women contributed to our school life in ways which are of an inestimalole value in the lives of the boys and girls. The past twelve years have proved to be truly immortal because our school is rr genuine society inspired by the host ideals of all the faculty.
