Llsa Dufhn, Michelle Chandler, Kathy Cassamalor, Megan Morris, Cheryl Rathbun, Chris Cockshaw, Rick Houston, Charles Bernard, Daryl Houston The concert choir is a group comprised of 65 to 75 individuals of varying singing ability The group does many concerts through the course of the school year. Some of these concerts include, trips to the local junior high schools, the holiday concert, and the pops concert, both held at the high school, - Kristen Hall Ha rm on ics Harmonics is a select group, made up of approximately 25 students, under the direction of Penny Knight. The group travels all over New England singing in clubs, function halls, parties and nursing homes, The group travels with the concert choir to local junior high schools, and also travelled with the choir to Washington D.C.. Last fall the group participat- ed in a show choir workshop in Easton. This group is especially fun to be in. Marching Band ' C' iiiii C - tg' 5 e , , ' g -Y .r i ' 3' to ff 6 ' Ps 4 A , 'QQ .au Q 1' I 137- L A combination of intricate routines, colorful displays and brilliant sound make the Brockton High School Marching Band an exciting addition to B.H.S. football. Although there are sometimes long practices, the dedicated members of the Band have fun as well as learn a sense of responsibil- ity. With the lively tunes that they play in the stands, the crowd is motivated to cheer the team on to victory. In addition to providing half-time entertainment, the marching band also participates in various parades and the Abington Band Jamboree late in the fall. Also, this past year, the band was honored by an invitation from the New England Patriots to perform during half-time when they met up with the Indianapolis Colts on November 22, 1987. The Marching Band would like to say a GIANT thank you to their director, Mr. Vincent Macrina for all his hard work.
