Turn -.--v-I ,,....ov- D.E.C.A. The DECA fDistributive Education Club of Americaj program at Brockton High School is designed for students interested in marketing and management careers. Students put techniques learned in the classroom - display, advertising, and customer relations, to name a few - into practice by managing the school store and working in area businesses. The practical experience develops leadership qualities and provides students with better career opportunities in the future, For many seniors, the prospect of graduation brings about feelings of despair and anxiety, because they are unsure of their future. My Turn CMassachusetts Youth Teenage Unemployment Reduction Networkl an organization at Brockton High School tries to identify these students, and help map out their future. These dedicated individuals strive to equip seniors with the skills and confidence needed to enter the work force upon graduation. This is accomplished through workshops delivered by professionals, and job matching and placement. My Turn proves to be the major influence in the success that the Student finds when entering the job market. - Kim Lewis 3 Mr Turn, Class of '88 'UQ 86 .53 NJ if I to r front: Mr. Faherry, Maribeth Haglof, Mary Currivan, Nora Hayes, Shelia Hanson, Maria Soares, Kelly Warren. 2nd row: Suson Brower, Maureen Smerh, Rhoda Marrow, Cynthia Sweeny. 5rd row: Scott Vajgrt, jon Tanes, Lisa Walsh, Kim Noel, Marcia Deal, Christine O'Connor
