He inspired both students and colleagues' alike with his grasp of literary ideas and principles. He will be missed by students as well as faculty at Brockton High School.

Bobbi-Ann Ruggiero Mr. Puliafico, Assistant Housemaster of the Azure Building, describes the ASSISTANT HOUSEMASTERS LIFESTYLES LIFESTYLES LIFESTYLES LIFESTYLES LIFESTYLES LIFESTYLES LIFESTYLES Mr. Raymond Bussolari has been Assistant Housemaster in the Yellow Building since its opening in 1970. In that time he has guided and disciplined many students to a successful graduation. He has also maintained school attendance in the Yellow House. His responsibility also includes helping and advising students with the dilemmas they may encounter at Brockton High School. Mr. Bussolari recognizes B.H.S. as a school which has many oppor- tunities to give its students. He hopes that students graduate from Brockton Hi h School with the ability to do well in the outside world Class of 1986 as fantastic , ML P. , as many of us have affectionately called him, feels that self discipline is a very crucial part of our everyday lives. He ,af believes that in the past year, students fyij have become more dedicated to learn- Q ing. Mr. Puliafico feels we should strive to succeed and continue doing well in all of our future endeavors. Kimberly Hall ' Mr Raymond Bussolari As Assistant Housemaster of the Red X ,,,, House for nine years, Mr. Kenneth Car- - done has successfully disciplined and K Q3 guided many students to a memorable lx xo graduation. . X Mr. Cardone recognizes the Class of MIX' 1986 as a flue, multi-talented class in all aspects of education such as leader- xv ship roles, theatre arts, and athletics. 4 He feels that the present seniors have Mr Kenneth Card contributed in the effort to make B.H.S. ' one a better school through their leadership --------- N 6 A' 'r roles and general concern for more posi- tive behavior. In closing, Mr. Cardone has some words of advice for the Class of '86, Develop your interests and talents to improve yourself and societyf' Bobbi-Ann Ruggiero The Assistant Housemaster for the Green Building is Mr. Richard Zoino. It is his duty to maintain both the atten- dance and discipline of the students in Mr. Charles Puliafico the Green House. Mr. Zoino has a posi- tive attitude toward the Green House and towards Brockton High School, finding it to be, a healthy environment that is fostered by many, in particular, a student body who cares. Mr. Zoino also notes that overall the students have done well in maintaining excellent academic standards for themselves and have held fast to real and definable career goals. In Mr. Zoino's words, I am quite proud of the graduating Cl-ass of 1986. You have endured and matured through four trying years in public education. Well done! Debbie Green Mr. Richard Zoino

Teaching methods of the various courses range from group interactions to films and speakers. Through decision mak- ing and problem solving, stu- dents will be able to prepare themselves for both the career oriented society and the dual role of home maker and wage earner. The I.R.C. Department con- sists of four Instructional Re- source Centers and a television and radio center. Each library carries its own topic of resource information. Two of them are de- voted to science, while the other two are devoted to history. The librarians at BHS have been highly praised for their quality and quantity of books, the ad- ministration and staff, and the program of cooperation with the classroom teachers. Included in the I.R.C. Depart- ment, B.H.S. is privileged to have its own television and radio center. Under the direction of Mr. Thomas Buba, the T.V. Cen- ter aids the students with exper- ience in the world of communica- tions. As Mr. Buba states, All knowledge has some impact on any individual. Hopefully, my students will enjoy positive ex- periences as a result of new and increased T.V. literacy. The Industrial Arts Depart- ment here at B.H.S. gives stu- dents an opportunity to explore the many areas of technology. Courses are offered to all stu- dents in the fields of communica- tion, design, engineering, manu- facturing, and transportation. These are the types of courses needed to go on to a career in industry. Under the supervision of Mr. Joseph Prioli, the Indus- trial Arts Department offers a wide variety of varying courses in the Occupation Education System.
