T hese are the two most frequently used words heard in American in early June of each year. Commencement is a beginning, a begin- ning ofa new part of one's life. a beginning of employment. of higher studies. adulthood really. Graduation is literally a step- ping stone. a stepping stone to the more beautiful things in life. lt is our hope at Brockton High School that you avail your- selves of the skills and knowledge that you have acquired over the past twelve years and use them profitably as stepping stones for a new beginning. the results of which will lead to a productive and fruitful life.
