Bosworth. Every year since then approximately forty junior girls have been selected trcm the Commercial Course to serve as part-timers in their senior year. The girls are chosen on the basis ot their scholastic abilities and attendance records at school. Part-timers must also be conscientious, reliable, and trustworthy. There are two divisions which alternate weekly. As one group receives classroom instruction, the other aids in the secretarial functions ot the Brockton School System. This program was set up to give the girls practical experience that cannot be learned in a classroom. The part-time system has been very beneficial and successful tor all those involved. 30
