The students of Bl-l.S. who use the facilities of the library have often noticed some of their classmates takina charge of the main desk. As Library Monitors, these people help pupils to find various books and references. They also check attendance, card and shelve books, distribute overdue notices, and do many other things to make the library a better place in which to study and work. 22
