The young men assisted in arranging the decorations on the platform for the exercises. On Class Day, the boys, smartly dressed in light trousers and dark jackets, adorned with houtonnieres, assisted parents and friends of the graduating class in finding seats. On Class Night, they worked backstage, preparing the trays of refreshments. Again, on Graduation Night, these able people helped to seat the guests. 19
