UA eter A full grown leaf is one that has gone through all stages of de- velopment and has dropped off its family tree. The wind has blown these leaves here to us at Broadway High. These leaves symbolize executive distinction on those to whom we can look for guidance and leadership. Naturally we think of our administration, who through the years have worked with us and for us and given us helpful advice on many occasions. As we look back over the years we can contribute much of our attainment to our faithful faculty. J. 32 LENTZ Superintendent B.S., Appalachian State Teachers College M.A., University of -NaG MRS. B. All students earning letters for athletic participation are members of the Monogram Club. Many projects have been completed by the Monogram Club since it was organ- ized. Two of the most recent projects were the purchase of a new pop- corn machine and the purchase of an electric cooler. All profits realized from concessions at ball games are used by the club to apply on projects.
