Sometimes old hits are revived such as Run For Your Life while new hits like Real People and The Greatest American Hero take over the airwaves. 5 Pageants like Miss America, Miss Universe and Junior Miss receive high ratings. Here at Broadway homecoming is a production designed especially for capturing a share of the audience. 6 •Mr 7 8 On Thanksgiving Day Macy’s Parade from New York City is popular. The Parade of Roses on New Year’s Day draws many viewers who would not consider their holiday complete unless they watched it. Broadway High’s homecoming parade has its own loyal participants and fans. 9 f ' ? f The coach on the sidelines, the thirsty player, the suspense of the measurement, a scene from a blimp, the colorful band, and a punt are all familiar scenes as shown to us by creative cameramen. From all this we propose a new series: Strike Force. ll 12 Television brings the best in sports entertainment to the screen just as the athletic department of Broadway High provides for memorable moments in track, baseball and tennis. 13 Love Boat and Fantasy Is¬ land are popular Saturday night shows. On prom night in May couples may appear on the show of their choice. 15 16 17 .vw?: “Welcome Back Kotter” Mr. James C. Gresham, Principal Mrs. Elizabeth C.
