With the growing complexities in todays' world, a basic education in mathematics has become a necessity. At every turn of the corner, one meets numbers. However, the mathematics department of our school not only tries to see that every student has the basic foundation but also seeks to pass on a love of theoretical and applied mathematics to the student. Men have long had an insatiable desire to cast light on the mysteries of nature. To further the pursuit, the science department provides, both in classroom discussion and laboratory experimentation, a firm background in modern scientific concepts to some of the researchers of tomorrow. Our teachers, cognizant of the growing need for scientific research, pass on the undefstand-ing and the desire that give the school program its value. Bryan Gomez attempts something new in the annals of science.
