George Guenther STUDENT COUNCIL The student council is a newly organized goup in Britt High School. Their purpose is to develop .3 sense of pride for the school within the students by giving them an opportunity to help managing and organizing school activities, Officers ofthe organization were: President, Karen Hunsleyg Vice-President, Grace Madsong Secretary, Sandra McLaughlin, and Treasurer, George Guenther. A constitution for the organization was drawn up and approved by the student body during the year. Some of the activities of the group were homecoming, Christmas decorations, a Christmas assembly, a soc hop, and freshman orientation assembly.
