Train dispatcher in Grand Central, Horace Atchley's booming voice is heard. Blasts your ear drumsg but the catch is, You can't understand a word. Though Surveyer Leon Hendrick has a steady eye, One thing will distract his attention-- Just you let a certain young lady stroll by, Or a name like Jean mention. He can cure your chills and fever-- That is Doctor Dale Mustain's boast. Which is worse, the ills or treatment? That's what puzzles us the most. Chef in a big New York Hotel: James Smith is doing well: He can make hash in just three minutes, But Heaven only knows what's in it. She's at home on 31-W Three miles north of Bowling Green 'Tis Imogene--in the class of '49: And a sweeter girl could never be seen. Marie Perry was a peppy cheerleader Leading the school with shout and yell Now, she's busy at home with Murrellg Caring for future cheerleaders--who can tell? To prophesy for this girl is a task We've never been able to do well. A nurse ? housewife ? a teacher ? Tis Lena Wiley--only the future can tell. In a neat home filled with love and cheer Lives a kind lady, whose smile always wins. No wonder! It is Lucille Owens. She's now the happy mother of twins. A quiet but versatile girl was Dortha Brooks: To serve her school only added to her joys. That's why she's now a successful teacher Imparting knowledge to other girls and boys. After her high school studies and work: She went to college and did not shirk. When she got out, she married a preacher: And Jonell Burris is now a school teacher. By Patsy Raymer l 5
