Homecoming week has a special time for all. For some people, homecoming meant getting out of class; but for others, it meant cooperation. Homecoming brought people together and formed a bond that might have otherwise never existed. Everyone shared their feeling of accomplishment, as they saw their finished float moving down the street. It gave everyone a chance to be proud of the hard work that went into building their float. Everyone had a feeling of victory, even though the game ended in defeat. Homecoming was a time of gain not loss. Every year it gets better and brings more memories. Homecoming week was all that you make it to be, without you, the student, homecoming was meaningless. The 1986 Homecoming was my last high school homecoming, and one that I will remember for the rest of my life. ...
