It should Mr Myers is very popular at BHS, he teaches junior English, speech, drama, is the sponsor ofthe Thespian Club, and directs plays for our entertainment. Mr Myers graduated from Eldorado High School, and from there attended the University of Arkansas While there he majored in speech, and, of course, got his teaching degree. Mr. Myers chose teaching because he enjoys explaining things, and, in the process, expanding his own understanding. He said if his teaching career were to ever end, he would like to write. I'm sure we would all enjoy reading some of Mr. Myers' future work, although, we would like to see him continue to teach. Some seniors are serious, some are smart, some are jocks, and MOST of them are retarded. They make school exciting and most definitely different School days will never be the same again, after they leave. We will miss them and the fun times they have given us. It is a memorable time for everyone, which I believe the 1986 Tiger yearbook staff has captured successfully. We has many problems to face us in our goal to meet deadlines, as staff members before us have had. We all pulled together and worked the problems out and I can proudly say that the end result was an achievement beyond what we had expected. I would like to thank Mr. Randolph, Mr. King, Mrs. Satterfield, Mrs. Morris, and Mrs. Miller for all the help they gave us in completing this yearbook. You deserve a special thought of gratitude coming from the heart of each yearbook staff member Thanks! This year, the majority of the staff members were newly experienced in the work involved in completing the yearbook. But, these members were so well chosen it didn't take long for them to catch on and to get the ideas flowing. To my staff: You all were wonderful!! I can see a little of everyone in the yearbook — we did a great job. Cindy Bushe — girl, you are something else! Seventh period wouldn't have been the same without you. You critized everyone and everything but always in a joking manner. There were times when problems would start to bring us down but you would never let it be for long. Paula Campbell — What can I say? This was your first year and you did GREAT! You were always ready and waiting with your work finished and never a complaint about having to do more Kathryn Cruce — This was also your first year, but there were times when I felt that maybe you should have taken over my job. We sure couldn't have done it without you. DeLana DePriest — Things usually go pretty strange when you're around but I guess I wouldn't have it any other way. You were always willing to run those countless errands that I tricked you into doing, even when you knew that I was supposed to do them myself. You always kept us entertained with your Margaret stories Royce Duncan — This was your first year in photo lab and I'm so glad we have you to take over when Jeff leaves. We couldn't have found a better person Debi Nash — You were always full of questions, many that I couldn’t answer, but I can tell by looking at your pages that they must have been good questions. Lori Reinhart — You talked your way onto yearbook staff and I can see that you live up to what you promised and more. You were always ready with ideas and suggestions, when many of us had given up Jeff Teal — You were your own boss this year and I believe that you handled things extremely well. We seemed to all pile work on you at once, but you never complained and you always got it done one way or another. Marvin Volner — I hardly saw you, but I saw the results of your hard work. You were always willing to develop my last minute pictures and to help in every way that you could. David Wilson — Who could not recognze your level of devotion and dedication, evidence by your constant presence, brilliantly disguised as simple flirtatious behavior.flegyna Wood — We were all so sorry to see you go. At least, you were with us long enough to contribute a great deal of yourself to this yearbook. Look at your ideas now! Ms. Self — For some reason you are always put last. I guess it is because of the saying I'm saving the best for last. You must be quite a person for staying with us as long as you have Not many people could have gone through as much as you have and still be around You have been less of a teacher to us this year and more of a helpful best friend, whom we couldn’t do without. —Stephanie Renee Editor-in-Chief 146 Closing Senior Index Helj AC Art Club Lib Library Club AMHS Who's Who Among American Mad Madrigals High School Students Maj Majorette ASLA Arkansas Student Library MB Most Beautiful Association MH Most Handsome AV Audio Visual Club NHS National Honor Society BB Basketball SC Student Council BE Boys Ensemble Sci Science Club BS Boys' State SDAH Society of Distinguished CF Class Favorite American High School Students CO Class Officer Thes Thespians FB Football Tr Transfered FBLA Future Business Leaders of VB Volleyball America VICA Vocational Industrial Clubs FC Flag Corps of America FHA Future Homemakers of America WW Who's Who GE Girls Ensemble YBS Yearbook Staff GREGG BERNARD ADELL Band — 1,2; FBLA — 2,3,4; His — 3; Sc — 3,4; CO — 2,3; WW — 2, 4; Solo Ensemble — 1,2; Choir—1,2,3; Mad —1,2,3; BE -1,2 KELLIE ADELL ARISTA ALDRIDGE BRENDA VENITA ALDRIDGE CO —1,4; SC —2.3; CF — 1.2. 3, 4; Sci — 3,4; Band — 1,2,3, 4; FC — 1,2,3,4; Co-Captain — 4; Choir — 1; FBLA — 3; Thes — 3; Miss BHS — 4; NHS — 2,3,4; Rep — 4; WW — 4; AMHS — 3, 4; SDAH — 3,4 DIANE M.
