Helms for the Good Citizenship Award for this year. Joe is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Helms of Jubilee. Joe and his family are members of the Brimfield Union Church. Being an active senior, Joe is a member of the top ten, yearbook co-editor, Spanish Club President, Thespian Club President, and class treasurer. He also has participated in baseball.
