FARLEY LANE Junior Wine, Women, and song; with an emphasis on the women. F.F.A. 4; Baseball 4; Basketball 4; Chorus 4. LARRY LEHMAN Lumpy Beware! I may do something sensational yet. F.F.A. 1; Baseball I; Basketball 1; Chorus 2; JETS 1. ROGER LYD1CK Roger School is a grand institution —during vacation! F.F.A. 1,2,3,4; Track 2. a high Jumper on the tramp, but this time he went a little too far. Wait a minute! It s hard to believe, but here comes Steve Howard. Last we heard, he was on a safari in the heart of Africa. He was fighting U-Bang-E pygmies until they told him to pick on someone his own size. There s Junior Lane, an English literature professor. Junior always did enjoy English IV so it came as no surprise to any of the class of '68 when he decided to become an English professor. Junior made college history when he read the entire works of Shakespeare while standing on his head. One of the less prosperous graduates of the class of 68 is Larry Lehman, who is head truck driver for the distribution of PLAYBOY. Let’s see if he feels he has failed. Good evening, Larry. I d like to know how you feel about your Job. Well, Micky, all I can say is that I may not be famous; but I enjoy my work and I believe that is the most important thing about a career. Well said, Larry. The head of the Labor Union is now approaching, that dauntless, powerhouse, Roger Lydick. Few people who knew him in school days realized his potential. But Roger knew he was just waiting to show his talents. Secret Service men have begun to arrive as the first woman President of the United States nears this gathering in her motorcade. Barbara Miller, Madame President as we of the public relations department call her, has just left her car now and is really making a grand entrance. Many students believed Barb to be shy; little did they realize she was simply keeping her political views a secret until she decided to run for the Presidency. BARBARA MILLER Barb Quiet and shy, Oh what a lie! F.H.A. 1,2,3,4; G.A.A. 1,2,3,4; POW WOW 2; Librarian 3. WILLIAM MUNSTEDT Bill The deed I intend is great, but what I intend, I know not. Student Council 2; F.F.A. 1; POW WOW 3; Librarian 3; Track 1,2,3; Chorus 3; Junior Play 3; JETS 1,2,3,4.

RICHARD GREEN Mouse'1 So quiet we hardly knew he was among us. PAUL GROVE Paul A fellow rare, a fellow square, always in place, and liked everywhere. F.F.A. 1,4; Chorus 1,3,4. LAURENCE GUTOS Larry Greater men than he have been bom, but he doubts it. POW WOW 3,4; Class President 1; Baseball 1,2,3; Basketball 1,2,3,4; Track 2,3; National Honor Society 3,4; Spanish Club 2,4. While we have been talking to Dale, several people have arrived. Among them are Brinfield's District Representative to Congress, John Donath, that ever-popular, dynamic politician and Mary Kay Gilles, the first woman astronaut to bring MEDICARE to the moon. Now there is a brave woman. Women astronauts were at first hard to find because none of them wanted to go faster than the speed of sound, but Mary Kay volunteered for the job and has since gone down in history. Screams can now be heard. Here comes Dennis Gilmore, star of Sex and the Single Man. Women are fainting at his feet, but he is cool and calm. His smelling salts are really in use tonight. He carries his own to revive his fans. The press is busy taking pictures and getting interviews of this really big time actor. Richard Green, the hippy-dippy disc Jockey and classmate of Dennis, is getting an interview now. Green is known for his fast wit and never ending gift for conversation. He recently beat the record by talking 48 hours straight on Brimfield’s local station, W.F.U.N. Paul Grove, a famous musician known across the nation for his classical guitar music and flashy clothes, has just arrived. His electric guitar has an outlet into which Paul plugs his suit; in this way he can really turn on. Paul is best known for Down in the Valley Where the Green Grass Grows, With the Sun in the Sky.... Paul sings his hit song while his suit flashes green and orange lights. His career was almost ended when, during one performance, his suit short circuited, but Paul has since recovered completely. That great athletic star has just come through the door. Larry Gutos was the first person in history to ride the tidal wave on Kickapoo Creek. This dangerous feat has left Larry unscarred and totally unaffected. Brimfield should really be proud of this athlete. Another physical-fitness man from BrimfiekPs class of '68 is trampolinist, Jim Hattan. Jim is still weak and recovering from his latest accident. He was recently pried off the ceiling at his last performance. He always was JAMES HATTAN Jim I do the hardest work of my whole day before breakfast: getting up. POW WOW 3; Baseball 3; Basketball 3; Librarian 3; Track 3; Chorus 3,4; Junior Play 3. STEPHEN HOWARD Steve AH great men are short in stature --Caesar, Napoleon, and me. Student Council 3,4; F.F.A. 1,2,3,4; Basketball 1,2; Chorus 1,2; Band 1,2; Spanish Club 4.

WILLIAM MUNTON Mutt” A pretty girl, a gallon of gas, four good tires, what more could I ask? Class Vice Pres. 1,2,3; Baseball 1,2,3; Basketball 1,2,3,4; Librarian 1,2; Track 1; Spanish Club 1,2,4; JETS 1,2,3,4, Vice Pres. 3. Munstedt, noted psychiatrist and philosopher, has arrived. Several of his patrons are behind him carrying ms couch in case of an emergency. 1 read that he never goes anywhere without his couch because he believes that no one can be sure when insecurity and frustration can hit, leaving a person defenseless. As he enters the hall, Bill Munton-five time winner of the Minneapolis 500-makes an impressive sight. May we have a word with you Bill? Tell us your opinion on racing please. I believe racing as a profession and racing as a private citizen should be absolutely separated, and I do just that! Thank you. I just noticed a shifty character come in. His dark glasses and trench coat would seem to indicate he wishes to keep his identity- concealed. And no wonder, it's Mike O'Toole. Word by the grapevine has it that Mike is a secret agent, new man from A.U.N.T.I.E., the American Unionization of National Teepeeing International Espionage. Machine guns can be heard now in the distance as Brimfield's toughest gang is headed this way by Mafia leader, Jackie- Pusher”-Pullen. Her notorious gang, known as Mama's Big Boys, is breaking up the crowd. Jackie is wanted in seven states and definitely not wanted in the rest. That was some entrance, but she is not the last to arrive. Keith Rieker is following at a distance, helping to aid victims of the gang along the way. Keith is really an All-American, red-blooded man who shows what can be done with a little determination. He is the famous tycoon who bought Rockefeller Foundation and turned that useless Memorial into the productive farm it is today. Kathy Smith is making her way over to us now and we may be able to talk to her. Kathy, as you already know, is a karate expert. How are you kathy? Tell us something about your use of karate, please. Of course. It was rather natural for me to become interested in karate. The yells are extremely important; and KEITH RIEKER Keith He smiled and said, 'Don't rush me girls.' F.F.A. 1,2,3,4, Secretary 3, President 4; Chieftain Staff 4; Class Treasurer 3,4; Basketball 1,2; Chorus 1; Junior Play 3, 4; Band 1,2,4. KATHLYN SMITH Kathy In vain for faults of hers we pry, her nature quiet, reserved, and shy. Student Council 2; POW WOW 4; National Honor Society 3,4; Chorus 1; Office Assistant 4.
