Basketball 1,2. Good evening, ladies and gentlemen. This is your on the spot reporter, Micky Bitsko, bringing to you live and in three-dimensional color, the Alumni Banquet 1993 of Brimfield High School. Gathered here tonight are some of the nation's most renowned citizens. As you all know, in recent years Brimfield has grown from a small country town to the world's second largest megalopolis being exceeded only by that of Kickapoo. And now the honored guests, the Class of '68, are beginning to arrive. In the distance I see that nationally known figure, the vivacious editor of Body Beautiful, Deanna Baker. Through the years she has become famous for her management of one of Brimfleld's best selling magazines, and with her is Janet Barnes. Autograph seekers are rushing up to Janet from all sides to have her personal signature on their copy of her latest book, BRIMFIELD PLACE. People were at first shocked by the book's contents, but they finally realized it was simply a dramatization of everyday happenings. Cindy Carlson, better known as the Fit, Fat Lady, has just arrived, carried by two of her own pupils. She is the first P.E. teacher to Invent an exercise machine which leaves one fit, fat, and flat!!! Her system has been used around the world by people who want to exercise and stay fit but do not wish to lose weight. Entering by a side door is Miss Connie Colgan. She has become so famous in her occupation as a homemaker that she has taken over the Betty Crocker Awards and now gives exceptional high schoolrhomemakers her own Connie Cplgan Awards. Here comes Nora Dennis wearing her usual mod clothes of 1968. This evening she has on a psychedelic flame pink and purple jump suit. Recently she became an antique dealer specializing in furniture of the '68 Era. Following her is Dale DeVries, publisher of Hot Rod. Let's see if we can get a word with him. Hello, Dale. Can you tell us how you became interested in cars? Yes, I believe it was my blue, '59 Chevy--the finest car I ever owned---which first gave me an intense interest in cars. Thank you, Dale. MARY KAY GILLES Mary Kay For her no hoopskirt nor powdered curl; she's an all-around, up-to-date modern girl. Student Council 1,3,4, Secretary 3, President 4; F.H.A. 1,2,3,4, Reporter 2, Secretary 3, Vice Pres. 4; G.A.A. 1,2,3,4, Secretary 2, Vice Pres. 3, President 4; POW WOW 4; Class Secretary 4; Junior Play 3; Queen Attendant 2,4; Cheerleader 2,3,4; Office Assistant 3,4. POW WOW 3,4; Chieftain Staff 4; Class Vice Pres. 4; Chorus 2,3,4; Junior Play 3,4; Band 2,3,4; JETS 3,4, Secretary 3,4; Spanish Club 4.

RICHARD GREEN Mouse'1 So quiet we hardly knew he was among us. PAUL GROVE Paul A fellow rare, a fellow square, always in place, and liked everywhere. F.F.A. 1,4; Chorus 1,3,4. LAURENCE GUTOS Larry Greater men than he have been bom, but he doubts it. POW WOW 3,4; Class President 1; Baseball 1,2,3; Basketball 1,2,3,4; Track 2,3; National Honor Society 3,4; Spanish Club 2,4. While we have been talking to Dale, several people have arrived. Among them are Brinfield's District Representative to Congress, John Donath, that ever-popular, dynamic politician and Mary Kay Gilles, the first woman astronaut to bring MEDICARE to the moon. Now there is a brave woman. Women astronauts were at first hard to find because none of them wanted to go faster than the speed of sound, but Mary Kay volunteered for the job and has since gone down in history. Screams can now be heard. Here comes Dennis Gilmore, star of Sex and the Single Man. Women are fainting at his feet, but he is cool and calm. His smelling salts are really in use tonight. He carries his own to revive his fans. The press is busy taking pictures and getting interviews of this really big time actor. Richard Green, the hippy-dippy disc Jockey and classmate of Dennis, is getting an interview now. Green is known for his fast wit and never ending gift for conversation. He recently beat the record by talking 48 hours straight on Brimfield’s local station, W.F.U.N. Paul Grove, a famous musician known across the nation for his classical guitar music and flashy clothes, has just arrived. His electric guitar has an outlet into which Paul plugs his suit; in this way he can really turn on. Paul is best known for Down in the Valley Where the Green Grass Grows, With the Sun in the Sky.... Paul sings his hit song while his suit flashes green and orange lights. His career was almost ended when, during one performance, his suit short circuited, but Paul has since recovered completely. That great athletic star has just come through the door. Larry Gutos was the first person in history to ride the tidal wave on Kickapoo Creek. This dangerous feat has left Larry unscarred and totally unaffected. Brimfield should really be proud of this athlete. Another physical-fitness man from BrimfiekPs class of '68 is trampolinist, Jim Hattan. Jim is still weak and recovering from his latest accident. He was recently pried off the ceiling at his last performance. He always was JAMES HATTAN Jim I do the hardest work of my whole day before breakfast: getting up. POW WOW 3; Baseball 3; Basketball 3; Librarian 3; Track 3; Chorus 3,4; Junior Play 3. STEPHEN HOWARD Steve AH great men are short in stature --Caesar, Napoleon, and me. Student Council 3,4; F.F.A. 1,2,3,4; Basketball 1,2; Chorus 1,2; Band 1,2; Spanish Club 4.
