Basketball 1,2. Good evening, ladies and gentlemen. This is your on the spot reporter, Micky Bitsko, bringing to you live and in three-dimensional color, the Alumni Banquet 1993 of Brimfield High School. Gathered here tonight are some of the nation's most renowned citizens. As you all know, in recent years Brimfield has grown from a small country town to the world's second largest megalopolis being exceeded only by that of Kickapoo. And now the honored guests, the Class of '68, are beginning to arrive. In the distance I see that nationally known figure, the vivacious editor of Body Beautiful, Deanna Baker. Through the years she has become famous for her management of one of Brimfleld's best selling magazines, and with her is Janet Barnes. Autograph seekers are rushing up to Janet from all sides to have her personal signature on their copy of her latest book, BRIMFIELD PLACE. People were at first shocked by the book's contents, but they finally realized it was simply a dramatization of everyday happenings. Cindy Carlson, better known as the Fit, Fat Lady, has just arrived, carried by two of her own pupils. She is the first P.E. teacher to Invent an exercise machine which leaves one fit, fat, and flat!!! Her system has been used around the world by people who want to exercise and stay fit but do not wish to lose weight. Entering by a side door is Miss Connie Colgan. She has become so famous in her occupation as a homemaker that she has taken over the Betty Crocker Awards and now gives exceptional high schoolrhomemakers her own Connie Cplgan Awards. Here comes Nora Dennis wearing her usual mod clothes of 1968. This evening she has on a psychedelic flame pink and purple jump suit. Recently she became an antique dealer specializing in furniture of the '68 Era. Following her is Dale DeVries, publisher of Hot Rod. Let's see if we can get a word with him. Hello, Dale. Can you tell us how you became interested in cars? Yes, I believe it was my blue, '59 Chevy--the finest car I ever owned---which first gave me an intense interest in cars. Thank you, Dale.
