SUPERINTENDENT and SECRETARY We are extremely fortunate to have two competent administrators at the helm of BHS. Mr. Jensen, as superintendent is able to meet the demands placed upon him by students, faculty, the school board, and parents. Of course, supporting every successful man is his secretary, and this is no exception. Mr. Jensen comments, The reason we work together as a team, is that when we started we drew a line halfway between the office and our home, I'm boss on one side of the line and I prefer not to discuss the situation on the other side of the line. We are very lucky to have a superintendent and secretary as capable and efficient as Mr. and Mrs. Jensen. They are a team well worthy of our praise. Their job is not easy, but they always seem to have time for a friendly word. Their patience and the willingness to sacrifice much time, and aid the students with problems that arise is greatly appreciated by us.

The Board of Education is the official body of our Unit District. Their responsibilities include setting school policies, hiring the faculty, and establishing building programs. The current Board has worked together as a team for the past two years. We are exceedingly fortunate to have such a conscientious group of men who have dedicated their time to make intricate decisions which benefit our community.
