Freshman Class All Aboard shouted the captain as the good ship B, H. S. sailed out of the harbor September 4. It was a crowded ship and on it there were thirty-seven freshmen who found their cabins in the freshman home room Not a single member of the class got seasick, and, as another member joined the class, the present membership is thirty-eight. In order to run the business of the class, officers were elected, Armin Schroeder, president: Howard Schoenecker, vice presidentg and Gwendolyn Neff, secretary-treasurer. Important events in which the class participated were the initiation, the return party, and the Hal1owe'en festival. In the latter the class was entered in the parade as the Potter City Band and on the stage they were represented by the Baer-Louis fight which won second place. The class is well represented in glee club, band, Pep club, and forensics. Pep club members are Betty Huibregtse, Lucille Michels, Joseph Kersten, and Victor Radloff. Many freshmen names are on the honor roll each six weeks, among them are Doris Zick, Carol Zick, Betty Huibregtse, Manolia Bedcre, Dorothea Mueller, Lucille Michels, Reuben Keller, Armin Schroeder, and Jack Willis. The good ship anchored safe at the end of the year, and next year will be waiting to give them another enjoyable trip, and the captain will be there to greet them.-Dorothy Wink. Page Fifteen .Ole Wm!
