Don Updaw and Carl Lewerenz took care of the kiddies as well as drove the box of bolts fstation wagon to youj and sat in on the conferences down in the boilerfwing office. With Mrs, Mary Weterrings. in charge, the cleaning ladies did a bang-up job keeping rooms and halls spotless. Mrs. Rose Aldridge and Mrs. Alice Brown were those two smiling ladies who cleaned up after us. Big shots of this organization were Martha Kirk, president, Mary Ann Green, vice-president: Caroline Cooper, secretaryg Mary jane Shutt, treasurer, Barbara Henderson, soccer manager, Florrie Stillman, volleyball managerg Mary Latimer, basket- ball managerg jane Hilleman, baseball manager, and Majorie Spitz, archery manager. Santas Toy Shop provided the theme for the annual Christmas tea December 19. A senior-faculty basketball game followed the tea. Presentation of five All-County sports awards climaxed the Sports Banquet in May. Senior girls captured the two soccer top honors last fall. Betty Weterrings' intramural team took first place by edging out Dorothy Rustay's sophomores and Marg Anthony's juniors. The seniors under Marie Owens gained top honors undefeated.
