Reflections Refiections is supposed to be a highly selective literary and artistic publication, representing the finest creative work produced by West's students. Each year, the character of the magazine changes as editors attempt to institute alterations, set precedents, make improvements, and in general, to accomplish something significant during their brief one-year term. They all have the same idea in mind - to make it a better issue than any preceding it. Some succeed, some fail. For 1975, Arthur Saylor has endeavored to create something of merit, assisted by ,lean Gedf-ttis tvo-editorl, and a large staff of loyal dedication and diversified talent. The Library Council consists of students interested in learning more about libraries and exploring closely related fields, such as publishing. Library Aides, students who volunteer their time to work in the library, are also members.

ath Lea ue The Math League competes with other schools in the area for the honor of having the highest scores on a given math test. Five students from our school travel to other schools and take a one hour test which consists of ten questions. The team with the three highest scores wins for the day. West's Math League has consistently been among the top five teams and will probably continue to do so because of their very promising future.
