Sophomore Class Council This year the Sophomore class was involved in several fund-raising activities. They sold candy bars, and West jackets. With the money they raised, they sponsored projects and activities under the guidance of their advisor, Mrs. Otterbein and officers Pat Reilly - president, Karen Zahrndt - viee-president, Cindy Choi - secretary, and Amy Weinberg - treasurer. Band The 1974--75 Golden Falconw Marching Band consisted of 120 musicians and Band Front members, which include: the Flag Twirlers, Baton Twirlers, Rifle Squad, and Color Guard. The members of the band attended, for the first time, a pre-season Band Camp in the Catskills. A lot of hard Work and enjoyment made the ucampn a success in preparing for the season,s marching activities. This year's marching schedule included: half-time performances for 9 football games: Home News Band Festival: Governor Livingston Pageant of Champions: United Fund Parade: and the Memorial Day Parade. ABOVE RIGHT: John Shirley and saxophone. RIGHT: The clarinet section is a major part of the band. W. ,ix is 'r LEFT: Marj Margentino is the only sousaphonc player.
