Home Economics With Mrs. Jones as our teacher this year in home economics we have undertaken many interesting projects. Among them are canning, the different cuts of meats, home management, personality traits and cooking. We have sew- ing and a few other units to take up before the end of the year. At our carn ival we had a food stand which proved quite successful.
