Junior High Room The Junior High Room was again opened this year with nine students and Neva Sinner as teacher. Eight grade: Alberta Bloom, Robert Golly, and Judy Johnson. Seventh grade: Vivian Bloom, John Gipple, Lois Golly, Ronnie Kniep, and Norma Rechtenbach. Sixth grade: Donnie hwmbrran. Changes were made in the civics, health and history texts. A new set of Semi-Contour maps is an added attraction to our room, besides being very useful in the teach- ing of the social studies. A new set of encyclopedias was also added to our library. As our part in the annual fall carnival, we presented the one act comedy, 'Billy's First Date,' which we feel was a success. We held a Christ- mas party with a gift exchange. All the Junior High girls and boys are out for basdetball. Three of the boys have participated in inter-school games. The girls are still hoping for a game in the near future. Norma Rechtenbaoh and Donnie McMorran were absent the day that the picture above was taken. Delmar: 'It says here they have found a sheep in the Hamalaya Mountains that can run L5 miles an hour.' Coach: 'Well, it would take a lamb like that to keep up with Mary now a days.'
