Student Council The Student Council is composed of two representatives from each class in the school. One of the greatest achievements of our Student Council is dress- up day which is held every Friday. A few have grumbled, but we are pleased that so many have complied so readily. Even though the rule was relaxed during the hot Spring weather, many still continued to dress up. Only through this kind of co-operation can the Student Council be effective. The student librarians are those girls who tend the books in our library. Usually they can be found checking a late book or issuing a new one. An- other new service which these girls have performed is caring for all Book Mo- bile books. The Book Mobile is a great help to the teachers and to the students alike. We hope that the librarians will keep up the good work, Sponsored by BRADBURY BROTHERS fiice Staff The Office Staff is that group of students who are willing to donate their time to working in the office. Their duties are many and varied. They serve as typists, bell ringers, and receptionists. In the absence of a teacher or the principal these students rake their places in the office. Below is a picture of some ofthe staff. This is not the complete staff because they were so busy this year that we could not get a picture of the whole group. Electronics Club Another very busy club this year was the Electronics Club which was headed by Mr. Sal Perry. The boys constructed their own workshop in which to keep their equipment. Their biggest project this year was assembling their own two-way radios. Below are two of the boys testing out their radios. Other members were Jerry Hutchinson, Howard MacPherson, Roland Patterson, Robert Patterson, and Billy Yerxa. Sponsored by EASTERN MOTORS INC, and PUTNAM BROTHERS CO. , Houlton, Maine :.
