Justin H. Hess, head administrator and acl- visor, is constantly busy with duties and prob- lems. He adjusts the relationship between staff and students, while coordinating and supervising Mrs. Dorothy Cliff, secretary to the principal. the affairs of the school. Yet he is not at all austere, but a true friend to both students and teachers alike. He is a man to whom all look for encouragement and enthusiasm.
